Re: Tacrolimus for Exfoliative Cheilitis; This Forsaken Condition Makes Life Not Good

I'm not sure what blisters you mean. I have small pimples/white heads but theyre not blisters. Ive had all this crap tested & nothing is done or fixed so frankly I dont have enough effort left in me. I got my nose checked & staph was found & i took Antibiotics . No change in exfoliative cheilitis. The thing is a positive diagnosis of staph, yeast, & hsv1 means much less than people on here seem to think.
Most people have those things & nothing is wrong - & 99% of those tho test positive for those things dont have exfoliative cheilitis.

The thing is I had a nose surgery (& rabies vaccination shots) THEN i developed less than 6 months exfoliative cheilitis. That is not a coincidence. There are a million reasons why that could be but I think the most likely is a surgery/hospitalization acquired infection that Antibiotics like amoxicillain are either resistant to or dont target. Antibiotics dont kill everything in sight. i was considering seeing an infectious disease doctor about it but how much doctors & expensive things can i really keep trying. i cant keep trying to find out what went wrong by seeing every doctor under the sun, trusting them to find something, & by some whim find a cure. unlike emergency problems where people live or die (like that show monsters inside me features) no doctor gives a shit about exfoliative cheilitis & no doctor is going to really care or try every test under the sun. i wish exfoliative cheilitis were
deadly then there would probably be a cure by now or at least functional treatment
