Fartgas is produced by the intestine during digestion, so it's also called 'Intestinal Gas'. Healthy digestion shouldn't cause a constant excess supply of gas all day long. In my experience, stomach noises (gurgles) are caused by dehydration (lack of water). I used to drink juice beverages, soda, milk, coffee, etc.,...ANYTHING except water. When I first learned that water is healthy and decided to drink water, I drank a
quart of water and my stomach gurgled NON-STOP for half an hour, one gurgle after another, not even one second apart (NO exaggeration). I got worried that I was sick, I thought of going to the hospital emergency room. I felt...later for the embarrassment, but how long would it take for me to find someone to take me seriously? Everybody would be laughing and no one would be able to hear my complaint because there was so much noise, and it was so constant. That's dehydration from WATER, no other liquid satisfies the body like WATER. The intestinal gas probably should continue no longer than about two hours after a meal. Nobodys' digestion system is exactly the same, so, not everything that happens to one person is going to be exactly the same for another person. If you've never noticed, intestinal gas is FLAMMABLE (Avoid open flame unless you're in a well ventilated area). I know, I know,...I'm prone to 'kidding around', but this is no joke. When you wake up after sleeping in a room that doesn't have good ventilation and it smells, do not light a match (and stay away from people who smoke). Fartgas is METHANE (sewer gas is explosive because it is from the intestines of millions of people, this is the cause of manhole covers flying in the air from a sewer explosion). The smell (odor) of fartgas can probably be absorbed by chlorophyll (the same principle used in deodorized garlic, parsely is added, probably because the chlorophyll in plants absorbs odors just like in some types of kitty litter, probably the chlorophyll in vegetable juice would help too). As soon as you make a HABIT of drinking the proper amount of water (half of your body weight in
ounces (200 pounds...100
ounces of water EVERY DAY), there probably will be a BIG improvement in your digestion (after a lot of noise), and then follow it up by adding some FRESH (LIVE enzymes) vegetable juice, especially CARROT juice, then your digestion system should be healthy enough that you will no longer have any problems (everybody still has gas once in a while, but it's not such a big problem unless they have very sloppy eating habits). Yogurt that has 'L. ACIDOPHILUS', 'BIFIDUS', 'L. CASEI', 'L. RUTEIN' and other cultures is helpful to the digestion, FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARRIDES (FOS) are helpful too. Going to the bathroom at least (transit time) once a day to get rid of digested food is the objective. I'll post a link to the company (if I remember correctly) where I first bought digestive products, they have a lot of information on the site, but it might not be necessary to buy a whole lot more than the basic nutrients from your health food store.
