I am a podiatrist (in Australia) and CS interests me for shoe clearing of fungal spores, never done it, but read many accounts. What about asking a jeweller for a broken bit of pure silver jewellery? One it will be pure silver, and two, it would be a couple of dollars. Going back to the top question, this is the standard treatment for a systemic (and reading thru, you have a FUNGAL Candida systemic infection) Most of these medications are over the counter thru out South America and the Middle East, and online from Canada. They are on the UN's list of essential medicines.

My advice:
Have a liver function test. (Anti-fungal medication cannot be taken if you have a bad liver, drink alcohol or take painkillers).
Atkins or Ketogenic or Paleo diet for 90 days.
NO SUGAR, NO WHEAT, NO ALCOHOL. Dairy, Rice and Potatoes cause some people to have flares but not others. Tropical fruit contains too much sugar, while most people can eat apples with no problems.
Take one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar before every meal. (Improves stomach acidity).
Stop all smoking.
Use non-hormonal Birth Control.
Cure fungal toe nails. Itraconazole and Terbinafine are standard treatments for fungal nails.
Take 30,000 iu vitamin A daily with fatty food in 4 divided doses. (20,000iu if under 50 kilos). Do not get pregnant.
200mg Itraconazole daily (half am and half pm) some tablets are 150mg, adding up to 300mg. This is OK.
Take 2 million units of Nystatin daily, in 4 divided doses with food. (Nystat, Mycostatin, Nilstat, various names).
This must be Sugar free and is very bitter. Crush the tablets and take with water.
Both Nystatin and Itralconazole (other -azoles voriconazole or posaconazole
work just as well, be careful of ketoconazole, the worse for the liver, but very effective. Fluconazole is least effective against Candida.) are over the counter in most of South America, and the Middle East, in Hong Kong by talking to a pharmacist and seem easy to obtain thru out Eastern Europe and India. On prescription only in the UK, Australia and NZ and the USA. Canada seems to have different rules from province to province.
Once a week, you need to have an enema with 500,000 units of Nystatin (one crushed tablet) in a pint/half a litre of warm water for best results. Also a douche is there is any history of thrush infections.
