I'm assuming after I make a mason jar of it not to just guzzle it all down in one sitting correct? The ionic 10 ppm I did two or three tspns a day but didn't notice any huge difference like I mentioned previously. Maybe I'll have better luck when I make my own. Thanks for all your help on here folks this website is such a blessing to so many people in so many ways.
