Re: Extreme flatulence triggered by anxiety.Help!!

It does sound like there could possibly be a nervous conditon of STRESS that overwhelms you, but the alcohol likely doesn't directly affect the stress. Alcohol (beer) aids digestion because it's a fermented drink. Fermented foods and drinks are very healthy for digestion, and some are also high in nutrients (apple cider vinegar especially).

Avoid medications if possible, they all have side effects and cause much more damage than they are worth. Don't pay too much attention to what doctors tell you (unless you happen on a very ethical one), they have a very limited way of thinking about actually HELPING patients towards anything beneficial (like a cure). They were taught "MEDICATION", surgery, and how to make money to pay their expensive rent and buy a Mercedes Benz to go with their swimming pool.

Focus on your digestive health (starts in the mouth, saliva enzymes). Do you have any dental problems or mercury from Amalgam dental fillings?.

This site says that "most" fermented foods are acid forming (preferences are important).

It's very healthy to mix a quarter teaspoon of APPLE CIDER vinegar in a glass of water every day.

but you should also try and calm down with the stress (make a habit to listen to music/radio, hobby, games, chess, etc.).

It would probably help ALOT to cut down on solid foods and hard to digest foods and get your nutrition from vegetable juices, cottage cheese, etc. Drink the right amount of water for your weight, watch your 'transit time' (the time from eating to bathroom). Eat garlic with your food (garlic kills bad bacteria in your stomach). Check the Sea Salt page here at Curezone. Electrolytes should be a good BALANCE, so should soluble and insoluble fiber.
