I would appreciate your opinion on some of my health concerns. I have been doing parasite cleanse for the last 5 years. Sounds like gut dysbiosis, this can lead to acid reflux. Keep away from ppi as you’ll never get off them if you start them with dysbiosis. I just had one done by Genova Diagnostics and it showed a potentially pathogenic bacteria is slightly overgrown (Hafnia Alvei). Dr. Leo Galland talks about this, that oftentimes that by adding probiotics, you are stimulating more immune action which is not good, the second problem is that there are a wide variety of probiotics and indiscriminately adding any probiotic could be problematic. Ok, after a long fast you really need to slowly build your appetite. Meats should be avoided for at least as long as the number of days fasted, if not permanently avoided. 2 years later: I have been pregnant, which resolved the issues entirely. A solid ten good months post partum. One month, coinciding with return of menses not so great. I may have a theory, as I am experiencing the same issue. First, your stomach is probably not producing enough acid to deodorize/sterilize the food you eat. As food is digested, the nutrients and waste enter the blood stream. The fecal smell is the waste from the digested food oozing out of the pores in your skin. I’ve noticed my stomach moving lately. After I eat, and get bloated, I lift my shirt and look down at my stomach. It shifts and jerks back and forth, like contractions or something moving around. For years now I have gotten a mild UPPER backache that is intermittent. It seems to extend to front in ribs or intestinal area.
