On Dr Usman's biofilm protocol

Hi,
I suffer from eczema, chronic fatigue, maldigestion and malabsorption.
My GI Effect test indicated that my gut have bad bacteria and candida overgrowth, many Firmicutes strains are low and fecal fat are high.
I've read many similar biofilm protocols online, such as Dr Usman's. Basically, they consists of 3 steps:
Step 1: Biofilm dissolving Enzyme: take on empty stomach in the morning. 1hr prior to step 2.
Step 2: Antimicrobials. Wait at least 1hr before going to Step 3.
Step 3: Clean-up Agent to eliminate toxins of die off. 1-2 hrs after Step 2 or at night. Do not take any food 30 minutes before or at least one hour after this step.
This protocol lasts for months.

And i have several questions on this protocol:
1. The best time for breakfast?
I wake up 7am in the morning. If i dont eat until all steps complete, the earliest possible time of breakfast is 10am, which would be too late for me.
Is it posible to have breakfast right between step 1 & 2, or step 2 & 3, while do not interfere with the protocol?
If yes, the food would be most likely in my intestine when i do step 3, will it block the cleanup agent?

2. How about doing step 1 & 2 in the morning, and step 3 at night?
I'm concerned toxins from step 2 has already been absorbed during daytime if i do step 3 until night.

3. Some antimicrobials like oregano oil are in liquid form. If taken orally, most of them would be absorbed by small intestine and can not reach large intestine where most bacteria reside. It seems taken by enemas would be ideal, but it's impractical to do enemas everyday for me, 'cause this may adversely affect my bowel movements and i have my job. So the progress of this protocol can be slowed down a lot either way.

Any advices would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael
