I am considering having my amalgams replaced with Admira Fushion, which seems to one of the few composites with the no iffy substances or metals (with the exception of BHT) in it. However, all of the glues i have found contain methacrylates in some form (BPA, Bis-GMA etc) and i was wondering if any of you folks knew of a product that is a little bit less toxic? I have also heard of using bee propolis as a filling/sealant but i cant find much information about it - is something like this viable? Where would i go to learn more? IMO, you have a lot of junk in your body that is coming out. I would suggest not to continue the fast. I do not think eating partially helps your body. Even though I was/am feeling numbness and twitching in my left chest area I’m contemplating jumping back into the fast till the these toxins slow down a bit, at least finish 40 days. Yup, I already knew that but for some reason since I like grass fed meat/organ meat for it’s great benefits and for listening to other opinions like Dr. Axe’s I’ve continued eating good quality meat but like I said the situation has changed and I shouldn’t overload my organs. So a few things. EFT is great for releasing past traumas. I am glad you already know that. All living foods have protein, leaves too. Otherwise the elephants would be dead and not so huge. You don’t need any other protein. Oregano oil is also a good choice for attacking infections. If you have kidney issues, after the fast drink organic lemon juice in water every morning upon waking. I was told to flush with salt water 5x/day after the extractions by the dentist even though I instinctively knew that it wasn’t right during a water fast. I was also rinsing with H2o2 so I’ll just stick with that instead. I’m seeing the BM change as I go along in my fast so I’m watching for improvements as an indicator of when to end it. I finally have health insurance and made it to a dentist. They want to do two root canals and I refused them becauseive read about remineralization here. The cavity isn’t in the gums but it is in the tooth past the enamel. What can I do?
