I used to love sour things as a kid and last night I thought why not chew on a lemon. So there what I did and I was worried that it would stain my teeth so I swished some water in my mouth then brushed my teeth right away. My teeth we’re immediately super super smooth and I’m worried rried I brushed all my enamel off as it says online not to brush right after lemon or citrus fruits. Do you guys think that it’s possible to brush all your enamel off if I only did this once? Now I’m brushing with a homemade remineralizing toothpaste I just made. Please let me know as I am always super careful with my teeth and now I’m very anxious and worried!
So there what I did and I was worried that it would stain my teeth so I swished some water in my mouth then brushed my teeth right away. It's indeed something to worry about.
It is nothing to worry about in this but do take care about this from next time. Use fluoride toothpaste as lemon loosens your enamel and causes tooth decay while fluoride toughens the enamel.
Try using Burst Flouride toothpaste for best results.
