sinus problems and cavitations

I've been fighting a sinus infection for a long time. It is probably due to dental issues and a cavitation right below my right maxillary sinus. I have been zapping my face by putting one of the electrodes(red cable) on my face and holding the green one in my other hand. this seems to help a little but I would like to know if it is safe to use both electrodes on my face. Also do you guys have any other ideas? I am going to have a cavitation surgery in a couple of weeks but for now need to keep the infection at bay.

PS: Doesn't zapping with copper paddles (with wet paper towels wrapped around) create something like colloidal copper and gets absorbed through the skin?
