Yup, I already knew that but for some reason since I like grass fed meat/organ meat for it's great benefits and for listening to other opinions like Dr. Axe's I've continued eating good quality meat but like I said the situation has changed and I shouldn't overload my organs.
I made my own olive leaf with vodka and I have about a liter of it do you think that's ok for the liver and kidneys or should I look for the one without alcohol?
