Cleanse the Liver in 9 Days
Feel great again!

I decide to break my fast after 30 days with broth but since I was still heavily detoxing I felt very sick and ended up in the bathroom all morning. I need to start on Psyllium, Bentonite and charcoal but not sure when is the right time to start after breaking a fast. Would you happen to know, Archus?
