Did you ever get to a dentist? The ADA adamantly denies the possibility of parasites inside the teeth. My guess is that a limited number of dentists would even investigate any further. Keep in mind that bacteria and fungus are alive and can act similar to parasites. Specifically, some fungus actually joins together in networks and could look very similar to your pictures. Some fungus moves on their own and has false feet. I never understood the power of fungus until I came across this article.

It is perfectly feasible that a fungus-like the one in the article colonized inside the tooth or under the gumline. Personally, would I quantify this as a parasite! I would also agree with the poster who mentioned that is it likley not just your teeth but possibly ear nose and throat. I suggest getting an otoscope camera on Amazon and checking out your ear, nose, and throat. I would assume you likely see odd growth in these areas too.
