I’ve been working at it for about 4 years and only now do I feel like I’m finally overcoming it all (flukes, ropeworms, candida, etc.). I attribute my success mainly to daily coffee enemas, daily psyllium & bentonite shakes, getting enough deep sleep, intermittent fasting (eating as much as I want for a 6 hr period for breakfast & lunch, skipping supper), and making sure my pancreas is working well (it creates digestive enzymes which not only digests food but also helps protect the gut against parasites). Hi. I’ve had liver flukes for at least 4 years. They started coming out when I started liver flushing. I still flush regularly and they still come out. I also started taking Triclobendazole about a month ago. I’ve had to take multible doses and I still release them every now and then. Has anyone ever gotten rid of Liver flukes? I don’t get as many out though as in the beginning - but that probably has to do with the fact that my kidneys and liver are backed up. Have you had a sibo test done? Have you taken any probiotics by any chance? In some people they can effect the immune system one way or the other. Watch splashing the cash, I went to alternative doctors and I would not waste my money again. Acid reflux can be a sign of sibo. Do you produce huge volumes of gas? Does your stomach feel hard to touch? Have you checked the search box for dysbiosis and sibo?   [End]

So I the lab has confirmed I don’t have Candida overgrowth Although I don’t know as I have coated tongue, but lab said there was no candida I am thinking that I have bacterial imbalance/overgrowth, and my stomach acid is low, which is causing me to be more susceptible to pathogens Will try the zinc suggestion I have very low Secretory IgA (SIgA), which is suggested to be linked with permeable gut aka leaky gut - could this be causing all my problems? There is a rather interesting theory about the link btw LOW stomach acid and acid reflux. It is quite interesting--more if requested. Why not try zinc acetate or gluconate lozenges or a little zn gluconate before bed? It could be quite helpful for you to list your symptoms. Don’t forget to include changes in mood, especially those that your friends and loved ones say you have but you don’t think are relevant. ( I’ve been there and thankfully am much improved ) Since you are limited financially consider the following: Take some apple cider vinegar with meals whenever possible.
