I have had Nystatin for 45 days, then Fluconazole for 40 days, and Ketoconazole for 30 days without much success in clearing the candida. Now I am looking to try combination therapy of Itraconazole and Terbinafine together. I searched the net for dosage and found a paper on Pubmed that compares the efficacy of a variety of protocols including the combination of the two together with Terbinafine 250mg and Itraconazole 200mg once a day. I suspect that for me the dosage level of Terbinafine 250mg and Itraconazole 200mg once a day may not be enough in resolving the systemic candida infection. ...

I also have the same question for someone who has been through Dr Lam’s protocol. Can you please list down the steps and approximate time it goes on for that form the protocol? I know the first step is Vitamin C (high dose) + Glutathione. But don’t know how long it should go on for or what milestone it should be carried on to before starting the next step and what that next step is. Thanks   [End]

I recently moved to Sydney, Australia from overseas and was undergoing biofilm treatment protocol to overcome candida/yeast. The treatment protocol involved taking an enzyme such as Candizyme, then taking Nystatin an hour later, and finally taking bentonite clay/charcoal after another hour. It has been working quite well for me over last 3 months and have got noticeably better. I have no idea how much longer I will have to continue it to overcome candida.
