Suddenly developed shortness of breath - asthma -, been going on for five days, HELP!!!

Hello, on the last day of April I woke up feeling ok, but as the day went on I felt worse and worse, foggy-headed, anxious, quick to anger, lower bowel pain. After dinner, I began to experience breathing problems. It seemed to go away after digestion ended. This has happened once before, because of a sweet potato, and that time I took a probiotic and the symptoms went away immediately. This time, the breathing difficulty has gone on in spite of probiotics. It responds pretty well to ginger juice, but then it comes back. I decided to fast on green juice to avoid upsetting whatever bowel issue is causing this (I have existing bowel problems that have been inexplicably getting worse for the past few months and I assume gut problems are the prime cause of autoimmune response), but even that did not keep the breathing problems at bay. I am at a point where I am going to have to go to a doctor to get an inhaler, so I can eat again, but that will be very expensive (no insurance) and will not solve the root problem. No coughing, no wheezing, just chest tightness and breathing difficulty that can become very bad, only clears up after celery/ginger juice. Food makes it worse. I had been belching a lot, and I know that I have a stomach problem, pretty sure I have leaky gut, and I've just finally given up coffee to prepare for a gut/stomach-healing program. I exercise regularly and am at a decent weight. I started sleeping with a urethane pillow about two months ago, and although I thought better of it, I really wanted to use a pillow, and now I am wondering if this could have contributed to my current problem.

ANY ADVICE WELCOME!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!!!
