How to Repair Leaky Gut Syndrome
Leaky gut is caused by lectins in your foods. Probiotics eat lectins, but if you just take the probiotics orally they're not in your system long enough to get rid of enough of the lectins to cure you. The solution is simple, ferment/culture all your foods for 24hrs to 48hrs before eating them thereby destroying the lectins before ingesting them.
I use a 34 strain probiotic by Garden of Life for this purpose. You should experiment with the fermenting/culturing time as the longer you ferment/culture, the more lectins are destroyed.
I'm raw, vegan, and organic. I first blend everything I eat in a 3 horsepower commercial blender until it reaches 110 degrees (nice and warm, but not quite hot). Then I stir in the probiotics and put the mixture in the oven with the light on for at least 24hrs and as long as 48hrs.
Once I started fermenting/culturing all my foods, my leaky gut syndrome cleared up in less than 2wks. It was manifesting as eczema (which my dermatologist said was incurable; she's now fired).
My eczema's been curred for over 7 months now with no recurrences.
