Re: I done tests for Candida, Bacterial Overgrowth, Food Sensitivity and Leaky Gut

So I the lab has confirmed I don't have Candida overgrowth
Although I don't know as I have coated tongue, but lab said there was no candida

I am thinking that I have bacterial imbalance/overgrowth, and my stomach acid is low, which is causing me to be more susceptible to pathogens

Will try the zinc suggestion

I have very low Secretory IgA (SIgA), which is suggested to be linked with permeable gut aka leaky gut - could this be causing all my problems?
I have read that leaky gut can cause food sensitivities and malabsorption, and also weaken immune system?

However, I don't know how to fix my gut permeability...it seems mainstream doctors don't know or pretend to not know, about this issue...
