I've been working at it for about 4 years and only now do I feel like I'm finally overcoming it all (flukes, ropeworms, candida, etc.). I attribute my success mainly to daily coffee enemas, daily psyllium & Bentonite shakes, getting enough deep sleep, intermittent fasting (eating as much as I want for a 6 hr period for breakfast & lunch, skipping supper), and making sure my pancreas is working well (it creates digestive enzymes which not only digests food but also helps protect the gut against parasites).
