Hi Keri

I get very painful cytic Acne on my cheeks and it is so painful that it hurts to sleep and lay down on the sides of my face. Diane 35 worked for me. HTe Acne that I did have (and would continue to have if I were not on Diane 35) did leave scars on my cheeks. THe scars turn into dark indents that almost wrinkle when I smile. It is really terrile ( I am only 27 and have terrible scarring on my cheeks). I dont kno about the chin because the skin seems tougher their so it may not scar. Good Luck.
