Those suggestions sound good but there's a few issues that I didn't mention. Let me give a little more backround info.
These cleansing diets seem very extreme. I have a highly sensitive stomach from having a stomach ulcer at age 17(I'm 18 now) which was triggered by my dermatologist prescribing Minocycline for my acne. Ever since the ulcer I have acquired another set of problems besides acne. I have trouble maintaining weight after losing 20 pounds due to the ulcer(which to some may sound like a benefit but I was already naturally rail thin) and all herbal supplements give me stomachaches. I don't know where this leaves me. I do eat primarily health food but that alone doesn't seem to help. I don't want to cut much out of my diet because I need to eat as much as I can just to maintain a semi healthy looking weight. I'm allergic to almost anything I put on my skin. Water alone makes my skin red. So with all of these things combined taking care of my skin has been a nightmare for most of my life. Hopefully someone will read this and can help me.
