I am 21 and used to have the same problem with ulcers I would vomit at least 2 times a day. I was put on a drug called Prevacid and the ulcers have cleared up entirley. I recommend quitting the topical medications if they make your skin turn red. Most dermatoligists say that diet has no effect on Acne however this is total BS. I recommend going out and purchasing a book called The Perricone Perscription by Dr. Perricone, in it he details how diet causes Acne and the types of food to eat and avoid, since i have began following it my Acne has cleared up almost 100% and I feel much better psyically since i have Improved my diet, I would recommend this book to anyone suffering from acne.
