Hello guys...I am fairly new to this warrior diet...I have been somewhat doing the warrior diet for about roughly a month.If i feel the need to eat during the day it is usually some type of fruit or yogurt. I mostly eat a burrito that has black beans, corn salsa, romaine lettuce, chesse,rice, sour cream chicken and steak. I think its pretty healthy. Occasionally I will chase it down with some pop(sprite). Some days I will have chicken and veggies. the problem is I lost 10lbs but now I am holding steady I need to lose more weight, alot more. I am 29 5/7 340lbs. I have not been exersiseing to much but I do get exersise in my daily routine I walk about 2miles daily! I am starting to slip mentally, like I am eating sometimes at night again. As long as I see inprovement I am ok . I do feel alot better eating once a day but no weight loss. Can some one give me some advice? Thanks in advance.
