Just got home from my naturopath and my sliups on diet have not helped much at all.
He is recommending no carbs..no starches and very little fruit. I can have all the greens I want and of course fat and protein. I also have to bump up my fish oils to 5 grams a day.
If you get a sweetooth how do you handle that. I was going to do almonds and alittle dark chocolate,but I'm passed that point where I have to be very strict.
any ideas on carob? I have posted a thread on the Raw vegetarian asking if anyone knew any cool ideas with coconut,chia,sesame,nut butter and carob ike "rolls"
Once I go to zero carbs,my brain will be screaming for some glucose and the
Sugar cravings get pretty bad. Something like that might just help alittle.
