Since I base my food on my bodytype according to Ayurveda, I should eat white rice (Bashmati) and not brown.
On the WD you eat carbohydrates at the end of the meal. For me that was a change since I do foodcombining, protein with veggies or carbs with veggies. Since I take 2 hours for eating I usually have an half hour between every layer.
For protein I either eat nuts or sardines. May be 1x a week I have meat or fish.
Of course my WD is adjusted to my lifestyle and not the basic WD.
