moving this discussion to the debate side of the house has solved the problem. everyone has a right their own opinion. the warning on all private forums is clear - it is all bias and opinion.

contrary to what you have said, i think the Webmaster has done an excellent job of preventing exactly what you claim has happened. if this had stayed on the experts forum, you would be absolutely right.
