yes, good point, ALL Sea Salt , (yes even the celtic or himalayan) will not only have some of these same "toxins" in them, but they will certainly have more. if you did a long thorough analysis of the best quality Sea Salt , i am sure the list of 'toxins' in the parts per million range would be quite long, much longer than the list for pickling lime.

same with dried herbs.
