Hi Alixsmama,
Did you notice that your eczema gets worse right before and during menstruation?
Mine does. It is because 2 female hormones (progesterone and estrogen) are imbalanced. I learned this week that herbs like chasteberry and dong quai regulate the hormones and alleviate the eczema problem. I will give those herbs a try. I also found out that Solgar has a female herbal formula that includes those herbs. There may be other brands too.
