Re: Dyshidrotic Eczema Problem

Thanks for your great write-up. I have mild dishydrotic eczema which started only between the toes on my left foot about half a year ago and then to the sole of that foot. Today I found two little blisters on my right palm and it's causing me to freak out. The idea of it on my hands where others can see it is extremely stressful.

Does anyone know what causes spreading of the dishydrotic eczema and what I can do to prevent spreading?

I admit I do scratch at night and break the blisters sometimes to get relief. I have a corticosteroid cream from my derm and vaseline that I put on my feet. I'm trying to remember to use the vaseline more, but if there are other suggestions please let me know!!

I've seen some notes on this forum about changing lifestyle etc. I eat mostly organic and mostly vegetarian with some seafood for protein. How have you all thought about figuring out what dietary or other lifestyle changes are effective?

THANK YOU to anyone who can help!
