Re: Dyshidrotic Eczema Problem

This can get progressively worse BUT it really depends on the person, I am happy to note and I'm sure you are glad to hear, that my break outs for what ever reason have got less and less worse over the 4 year span that has gone by. Keeping in mind that i'm now 26 almost 27 though and not 15.

I still get some blisters on my hands from time to time...I find it helps alot to stay away from things like citrus, cleaning agents, (some say strawberries too), any thing that might be abrassive to skin. I am a chef, so for me that means I have to use gloves from time to time, how ever this is not something that you reaaallly want to cover up too much as it will only make it worse.

I had balled my self to sleep also many of nights over this and have burst into tears in emerg, waiting for doctors to go oohhhhh ahhhhhhh and just be dumb founded with it. Words can't discribe how painful, emotional and tearfull this can be and I am truly sorry for any one, kid's above all, that have to go through this. Even thinking about it now almost brings me to tears.

As of for your male friend, I'm sure if he really likes you, and i know you are still young yet, he will understand if you talk to him about it, if he doesn't....he's just 15 and doesn't know any better.
