I must say I don't see enough of these kind of responses!
Cleansing is not only for certain religious worlds, there seems to be a stigma with the word -fasting especially. Great way to clean out your insides and avoid issues like skin problems for starters to then only want to cure cure cure, when doctors are simply designed in school for medicating the problem but never seeking the origin of why we get ill, when we do.

I'm a three month sufferer now of Dyshidrotic Eczema. Started on my right foot, a month ago it started on my hands.
What a ride this will be now to really start respecting my body once and for ALL!

Thanks for your words John, this world needs less drugs, and more grounding with nature again! For starters, lets actually pay attention to what our bodies are telling us each time we feel discomforted!
