Some of us care about helping others; most of us here who have been helping others came here with a health issue of our own. I came here with a severe candida overgrowth. I learned much here, and appreciated the atmosphere in which real people were helping real people. I have volunteered some of my time to share what I have learned, as have many others, in order to help people with a similar condition.

What is your purpose?
