Again I am overwhelmed by your letter - in a positive way. I am also very interested in self-hypnosis, and would truly appreciate your taking a few minuts to explain to me how you did it. How do you start a session, how do you end it. Did you start all alone, or did you have some help in the begining.

ps. You are so right about my fears and hers not being the same... (hers really are terror!) and also the thing about developing psychic abilities as a result of abuse - she is very psychic - interestingly her dreams are worth gold, but she usually doesn't understand them, while I do, so she always comes to me for a "reading" of her dream... and yes, her IQ is way up there, although she's probably not aware of that Tweet
