Hi there,

Don't worry about a doctor who calls your problem 'GALLBLADDER DISEASE' or says that you gallbladder is diseased. I was told the same, I think they use those terms because it makes people panic and not question them. I was taking attacks very often that were leaving me in agony for weeks at a time, I lost nearly 30 lb with the second last attack, down to 98lb (I'm 5'4") I was told the same, if I had another attack my diseased gallbladder would have to come out, it was absolutely necessary. Well that attack came and I fought it as long as I could, over a week. Finally, when I was beginning not to be able to keep anything down again I decided if I left it any longer I wouldn't be able to try the cleanse. So I jumped right in. All I can say is WOW WOW WOW. I didn't know about the Epsom Salt stopping attacks but boy, within 10-15 min the pain stopped and I havn't had any since.
I was so nervous about doing a flush, but don't be. Honestly, it was the best thing I ever did for my health. It has 'fixed' things that I didn't even know were broken in terms of my over all health.
Listen to blueduck, he/she knows their stuff. VERY GOOD info about the flush, parasite cleanse, and diet sodas. Keep away from aspertame, I've read the stuff breaks down into formaldhyde and arsenic (sp?) at a little below body temp! thats why you can't cook with it, that it loses it sweetness and turns bitter.

If you want a sweetner that is low calory, safe, does not promote tooth decay, does not affect blood Sugar levels, and has its own health promoting benefits, look into a wonderful little South American plant called STEVIA. It is completely non toxic! If I remember right it is 200times sweeter than Sugar so a little goes a very long way, I often bake goodies with it usuing part organic cane Sugar and stevia.
