Hi Amazed! Well, I don't know how you've survived such long and horrendous attacks, and lived to tell the tale!

I must have a very low pain tolerance, because I can't bear to imagine another attack! EVER!

I plan to stay off the diet cola etc. and I'll need to modify my diet quite a bit. Oh well, there goes the controlled carb diet out the window!

Thanks for your advice - in some ways I feel sorry for the medical professionals who have such tunnel vision in their field of work. They can't look outside the square! There should be more of a blend of conventional medical approaches and alternative/natural/traditional remedies - treatment of symptoms only must be so dissatisfying!

It's all very fascinating and interesting to me - and I'm looking forward to a good outcome!
