Explained a lot to me re danger of too much protein and of course dairy products. Hmm...my diet is way too protein rich (not much milk, but cheese/beef/chicken definitely) and not enough green leafy vegies.
This calls for a whole new outlook I'm afraid...oh well, a change is as good as a holiday they say! ;-)
Can anyone recommend a site which will set me on the right path to a healthy diet? Does curezone.com have something I can read? I haven't had time to look at every forum or link yet...I think I need a shortcut! ;-)
