I did continue using Epsom Salts as when I tried the mag. citrate I didn't yield as many stones. I did cut back
on the amt. of Epsom Salts I used though to 2 tbls. This worked great and I never had any more bleeding.
I have done 15 cleanses and gotten out over 2000 stones.
