yes some folks don't gain the wt from eating bad.. it mayalso be from being in accidents etc.. that putyouin a sedentary lowered metaboilsim situation.
i mysle f was an elite athelete at the time o fmy heatexposure/shock that is basically heat stroke.. it is not a stroke liek folks get from unhealthy ways yet teh shock spiral leads to death and body damage if you survive it very similar to a stroke victim..
iahd to relearn to walk and talk and eat and everything from squarr one.. literally crawl 8) etc.
the very fac t tha tyou get toxic like that and so get bloated and take oon wt cause youcan't move etc..
still does not change to fact of gaining wt.
bu ti do belive i survived my year of continual heat strokes confien dto a super heated room because i ahd been in excellent health prior.. and as i rehealed after i knew enough to strart back on soem semblance of good food/ which was almost nex tto impossible since the person supplyin gmy food was also the sam e person that had created the situtaion. 8(
so fo r me it was eat this or die kinda thing 8)
but anyhow.. soemtiem s folk gain wt from things like surgeries that are emergency /like broken backs etc.. where they thne hav eto remain in bed fo rextended times..
handicapped people often gain wt.. caus ehtey can't get asmuch exercise as they need or hurt too much to do so/ when it is the veyr thing they need to start gettign better.

i knowig et defensic ea bit about my w tgain cause for me it was not a matter of choice it was a situation i was put in. and i just LOVE to feel mymuscles strong and healthy.
so it was a hard thign to deal with mentally that at one pt/ i thought i will never walk again or talk right agian..
but here i am 12 years later..almost to wti was 6 monthafter i amrried at age 21 8) so time is jstu a phase..
yo uwill reahc your goal if you never look back, bu tkeep your eye trained firm on tehexpected outcome
