Thanks! I was a bit shocked I didn't think it would really happen to me, but when I did I was really amazed. I used the P&B shakes and I think that was really the reason I had them. I am not 100% sure that is the reason but I think it is. It has given me a clean feeling and a sense of relief, but boy afterwards I had a huge body change.
