sounds like you are doing fine to me.. you might want to make sure you get some potassium in ithink (no t sure that the
Bentonite cna leach out various electorlytes form body..
so myself i have never beed a drastic approach person..
you are doing this for the long haul.. so tak eit slow and easy... i woudl only do oen a day if it was me.. since the cayenne also helps break up moucoid palque and youare talking a 40 day cruise here .. i thinkthe idea of a cruise is don't rock the boat 8)

i would greatly encourage you to do light exercises eveyr day to reduce loose skin, and help lympths to drain also.
lot so ffolks buy a mini trampoline to help lymph move ooout, bu ti cannot do that so dancing/ light jogging bouncing in place are my alternatives.
th e slow and easy exercises ar ethe one s that shape and tone and use fat for energy burn/
the fast exercises have to resource quickly the stored gycogen in water inyou r muscle tissus (surronding it )
this release the water and then you body ahs to rehydrate to replac ethe lost water .. often yo uwill see after a day of hard workout you will seem to weigh more..
it is your body overhydrating it self abit to replace the water it released when the stored gylcogen wwas used..
so slow exercises .. for fa tburn (rmemeber muscle weigh s more than fat, so don't be led my scales.. or plateeaus)
then do hot cold showers to get you skin to steam out toxins thru skin 8)
i suggest only weighing your self only once a month
at same time (moring is best) and in same clothes eveyr time.
i use an old sports tank and undies ot get most accurat eread. and do a weight check on about the 1st monday of eacn month.
again remmeber.. if youexercise.. youare replcign fa t with muscle youmay weigh more *) bu tlook slimmer an d more toned..
