I have another quick question. Today I made the veggie soup to have tonight and I grabbed alot of yummy veggies that it said I could have plus a little more. I was wondering I am not really interested in eating anything I don't want to introduce my body to solids yet and wanted to know, would it be ok to cook the soup and then put the veggies in the blender and drink it and sip on the broth is that ok or not really.
