if you are experiencing true hunger/ not cravings then i think your body is siganlling it needs a rest.
if so .. break the fast slowly and gently see recipe

it is very important that you break it correctly tonot shock your body and over stress it after being on a long fast.
then after a res t period .. let your body recoop..
youcould resume again if youhad initially mean to go farther
listen to your body.. and DON"T grab soemthing to throw down if get hungry .. it can be veyr haard to resist the natural urge to do this when trus hunger resumes..
