Of course. You learn to gauge your day by what's most important to get done. The rest waits. I do all my important stuff by 5PM and just hang out at night. I go to bed at 10pm and sleep until 6am. I take Tylenol PM at 9pm to give me a better sleep as the medicine can cause sleeplessness. When I say fatigue, it is a yawning, case of the slows type.I do take a weekly injection of Procrit to keep my red blood cells up. That helps immensely.
