Have you tried coconut milk and oil for weight gain?

I'm not sure if you are in to supplements,but Glutamine can help alot. I would take the powder and take a tsp 4 times a day. Not only will it help with muscle preservation and anticatabolism,it will enhance your immune system and help with intestinal integrity.

It taste like Sugar water..
