Here is a comparison of stomach, teeth,enzymes,colon and intestinal length of man dog and sheep.

Again,I think it is great Sofia,that you eat that way and your family has success on it.But ,you can't prove it is the only way to eat and I'm wrong eating this way.

We've eaten meat for thousands of years and we are equipped to eat meat, this is just how it is..
