The idea of giving your kids just fruit and vegetables is a very bad idea..

There are exception to every rule,but not feeding your child animal protein and eggs is doing them a great disservice.

My baby has been walking since 10 months and he was breastfed almost exclusively.
He now has mashed avocado and banana,pureed veggies,yogurt with banana or blueberries and a variety of shredded meats. He also eats organic, omega 3 fortified
3 minute soft boiled egg yolk.

I think you are serving your kids greatly by reducing their grain intake. It is a food that is not necessary for great health. Legumes can be very hard to digest
