Re:Raw Vegan, Non-Vegan and Non-Raw diets

No-biz that was perfect..

I was recently diagnosed with insulin resitance(and I am not over weight)..because of mey high carb eating days in the 80's while I was bodybuilding. I am 100% sure of it. I have recently gone to an almost all meat and egg diet, eggs raw, meat very rare and I'm doing great. Though I was not overweight, I've lost 23lbs in one month without excercise.

Sofia,I mean you know disrespect at all,but if your kids are taking in alot of fruit which contains fructose, what will there blood Sugar be like in the future? I feel our ancestors breast fed there babies probrably for a few years and then there babies would partake in the tribes kills. I know African tribes women chew up liver and then give it to their babies. But fruit and veggies are almost non-exisistant in these cultures. I feel all veggies and fruit is not part of our genetic make up that' all.

I'm just saying its somtheing to think about. We give our liitle guy some fruit, but it is a very small part of his diet.

Sorry,I did not mean to come across pissy.
