I am so sorry to hear that!! I certainly hope you'll think twice about performing any cleanses while in your weakened condition. In fact I beg you not to do any detox or cleansing now. Those sores are coming from a very stressed liver. You can really make matters worse by releasing even more toxins into your blood at this critical time. You could really really hurt yourself!!! Please take everything very slow and easy and gentle. Sleep. Your baths sound good. Lots of water. I wouldn't even take any supplements right now. Just broth and juices. Rest. Are you seeing a doctor?
