Thanks for the info Robin! I'll see if I can find this. Where do you find goats milk yogurt? I've looked but cannot find that in my area health food stores. Only the cows milk. Yes, I do adhere to the candida diet. I've been on that for 2 years. Your doctor sounds to be a good one. You're blessed to find someone in your area that has knowledge of this.
