Well Natren's healthy trinity of course!

Natren is the originator of the probiotic movement. They were the first ones on the market to put it out there and push health food stores to put refrigerators in, because their probiotics must be refrigerated. They are very expensive too!

I actually use Healthy Trinity occasionally as I can get it from my food co-op for much less, but even then it is a lot of money. The capsules are so thick I don't see how they could possibly digest before they reach the intestines. I think that when I take the Healthy Trinity my tongue is pinker and I have no signs of female itching. I'm sure it is an excellent product, however I question when the president of a company puts a warning out about another company like that because they have a lot to lose because Primal Defense though still expensive is cheaper than Natren's products. Just my two cents worth.

By the way, I take UAS LABS Acidophilus Plus which is very moderately priced and I know that I had good results with it. I forgot to take some with me when I gave birth to my third child so I missed approximately 3 days of it and ended up with a yeast infection within a few days. It was awful!!! I don't miss a dose anymore no matter what kind I take. :o) Tweet
